Recruiter

We're looking for a detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and help connect top talent with the right opportunities. In this role, you'll work directly within our recruiting platform, reviewing candidate profiles and submitting your top recommendations to employers across a range of roles and industries.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for open roles submitted by client companies
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit against job requirements
• Submit well-vetted candidate recommendations to employers through our platform
• Maintain clear, organized candidate records and communication throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with employers to understand hiring needs and refine candidate searches

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with online platforms and digital workflows
• Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Sharp judgment in assessing candidate-role fit
