A real estate company is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the bookkeeping functions as well as overseeing all aspects of the company ensuring the office is running smoothly and efficiently.
Skills and Requirements
- Manage bank reconciliation, vendor management, AR, AP, rent collections, and lease preparations.
- Oversee the day-to-day time-clocking and payroll systems.
- Ensure all Gov’t housing forms are filled out properly and submitted in a timely fashion.
- Manage all outsourced work.
- Real Estate experience is a plus.
