Job Overview

A company is seeking a Financial Controller to ensure the company’s financial integrity, compliance, and performance. You will play a critical role in preparing financial reports, maintaining records, and driving performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and accounting principles, staying current with regulations.
• Collaborate with the financial team to establish and maintain internal controls.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and systematic processes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records, working proactively to maintain financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within the trucking or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
