A real estate marketing company is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining marketing strategies for multiple clients.
Skills and Requirements
- Perform and present property marketing audits.
- Manage multiple properties’ web presence by updating the websites, google listing, and reviews of properties, as well as updating photos and web marketing items.
- Establish and execute programs/initiatives to boost properties’ onsite feel and online reputation
- Communicate to each client their personalized strategies to cater to their unique market and competition.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and lead others while staying focused.
- Experience in either of the following: marketing/ real estate management/ project management.
