- Identify and target key decision-makers within major retail organizations to secure partnerships and product placements.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and placement within retail outlets.
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
- Experience in successfully establishing partnerships with major retailers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients.
