Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years minimum experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Recruiting or similar.
- Recruiting for Engineers and Inspectors.
- Enforcement of disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Supervise daily scheduling of work.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
